“The freezer at the South Indy location is back to normal operating temperatures. The technician had a pretty broad arrival window since they're currently overbooked, but the repair is complete and it's holding a deep freeze perfectly now.”

“Made an appointment, they changed the appointment, then canceled the appointment. I had to hold my spot with $70 on a credit card, they said it would be no charge. Waiting to see. Wouldn't reccomend this place to my worst enemy,! Less then 1 star”

“I called to book an appointment, was very satisfied to be able to get one next day. Had to provide financial info to hold the appointment and was told I would not be billed. I received a call the next day canceling the appointment (the call came from CA) and they charged me. What a mess to clean up. Horrible experience.”

“I indicated I had needed a refrigerator repair, actually they did not repair anything. When I called on Monday they scheduled the repair for that Wednesday. On Tuesday, they called to reschedule for Thursday. Then Thursday, they called and cancelled. If zero stars were possible I'd give them a zero.”
