Does a premium listing improve my DIRT Score?
No. The DIRT Score is calculated algorithmically from verified public review data — it can't be purchased. But a premium listing improves your placement in the directory, putting you in front of more potential customers regardless of your score.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans are month-to-month — cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. Annual plans run for 12 months. You can cancel at any time but won't receive a refund for the unused portion.
What is "Done For You" DIRT setup?
With Pro, the DIRT team personally sets up your DIRT job-tracking account — connects your trades, configures your overhead, and walks you through logging your first job. It's normally a $199 onboarding service, included free with Pro.
How quickly does my listing get upgraded?
Instantly after payment. Your listing tier updates the moment your Stripe checkout completes — no waiting for approval.
What if I need to upgrade a specific listing I don't own?
Go to the contractor page and click "Upgrade Listing →". You'll see Boost and Pro options directly tied to that listing.
