“Took my father's dryer to them to be repaired. Patiently waited for the repair because I was told that the part was on back order. Reached out to see about the dryer and was informed that they disposed of my father's dryer without notifying me. Claims that messages were sent when I never received said messages. When I asked to see proof of these messages sent. I was told they had deleted said messages. Didn't feel as if they cared much about tossing out the dryer. Very frustrating.”

“Jeff Bowen is super friendly, understanding, and punctual. My washer wouldn’t turn on, and I tried to get it into diagnostic mode, but it wouldn’t even do that! Messed with it for 2-3 hours before I left it unplugged for a whole day. I was about to have my appointment with Jeff when I decided to plug in the washer and try the diagnostic mode one last time, and it worked; it went through the modes with no issues. I told Jeff, and he double checked everything for me and recalibrated the washer. Offered to pay him, but he didn’t charge me and told me to call him when I had a real problem. 😂 I will definitely be calling him back if a new (actual) problem arises 🙂”
