“These guys are great! I highly recommend their services. They are prompt, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. They had our oven back up and working properly in no time. I jokingly mentioned that I needed that oven fixed because my smoker wasn't working, and what do you know they are coming back to fix my smoker! I could not ask for better service!”

“First and foremost, I want to say that Mr. appliance is a company of integrity. You will not be taken advantage of. If your appliance cannot be fixed, they will flat out tell you that it cannot be fixed. This is a very professional company. I was in shock when The technician put booties on before coming into my house. He also put an outdoor rug outside in order not to bring any type of debris in the house. This company also has great customer service. I highly recommend them!”

Originally was only supposed to work on our refrigerator but we mention the noise our dryer was making and without hesitation he worked on our dryer as well. “I booked an appointment online and received a call within 10 minutes to set up a time for the service man (Michael) to come out, He was here in less than 30 minutes of me booking the appointment, I can’t say that will be the case for everyone but I was well informed from beginning to end. This is a very professional company and they are straight forward all for an affordable price. I can say I’ve never received this kind of home service in all the years of being a homeowner. I have found my new service company and will highly recommend them to everyone, give them a call you will not be disappointed. I’d like to add that before they enter your home they put down their own doormat to wipe their feet then put shoe covers on their shoes, very classy move in my opinion !!!!!”

“This was the best experience I’ve had with appliance repair. They were very quick at getting us an appointment to come out to look. They also are up front and show you how much it would cost before they even order the parts so there isn’t any surprises. Our technician, Michael was the nicest gentleman ever. He was very polite and worked fast at getting our washer fixed. They showed up on time and they send out a text reminder and another one when they are on their way with a picture of the technician. I love that because you know who to expect at your door. Would highly recommend and we will be using them in the future for any other repairs.”

“Daniel and owner repaired a bake element that was installed incorrectly by another service organization who butchered the element which very shortly shorted due to improper installation techniques. They were very thorough in the installation, paperwork, and incredibly less expensive than previous service organization. It took less than 1.5 hours to pull out the wall unit double oven, install new bake element, reinstall, and test. And, get this: 12 month warranty on both part AND labor. The real nice financial contract was a FIXED COST, up front invoice instead of hourly charges which baked (pun intended) the previous service organization from ever coming again. Great job Daniel, who was accompanied by the owner. Everything advertised on their website is so accurate. Mr. Appliance which is an independently owned and operated franchise of Neighborly) is now my choice for all appliance repairs.”

“Washing machine had a door sensor error and wouldn’t run a load. We have a friend that said Mr Appliance was great and got us in contact with them at 8 at night. They responded immediately and scheduled Michael to come the next morning. Michael was so nice and helpful. He had the problem resolved so quickly. The washer was back working that morning. We recommend Michael and Mr Appliance with our highest rating that can be given! What a wonderful team and company. We will be using Mr Appliance for any issues that come up that they can work on.
