“Sometimes you think the place with a fee might offer something that the other places without it don’t- better availability, reliability, higher standard of care. This is not the case. Original Review: 2 Stars Look, they were cool and it took about a week from consult to repair, but it would’ve taken 5 minutes to ask us to help him drain the washing machine instead of flooding our furnished garage, and if it was a mistake to mention it to us when he said we were good and left lol Here is a photo of your magnet, and I left the review 20 minutes after your guy left. Their so‑called “diagnostic fee” is $149—higher than anywhere else I’ve ever dealt with—and then they tack on a hefty tax that they conveniently never mention when you schedule service. What really crosses the line is how the technicians operate. They don’t run a single test. They glance at your appliance for a few seconds and magically “know” the problem, then jump straight to a repair quote in the $2,000 range. No verification, no actual diagnostics, nothing. If you’re going to charge premium prices, the bare minimum should be actually diagnosing the issue instead of guessing. Between the upfront fee, the surprise tax, and the outrageous repair estimates, you’re better off buying a brand‑new appliance. This business is absolutely not one I would recommend to anyone.”

“This place is an absolute scam. I was quoted $149 to have a tech come out and tell me how much to fix my washer from leaking. He arrives and disassembles the washer, states he can’t find the source of the leak and quotes me $600 to replace the drain pump. I then ask if it’s possible the cap was just loose, to which he says yes and that was probably the issue. Then he tells me it’s $230 instead of $149 for the “labor” of him disassembling the washer. Reluctantly I pay it bc I just want him out of my house and lo and behold, he leaves and I run the washing machine and again my house is flooded. I call back and they can’t send a diff tech out for another week. Avoid this place at all costs”

“We called at 1pm on monday, technician was at our house at 7pm, repaired our dryer and left. We started dryer and it didn’t even dry one load then would not heat. Call the next morning and same technician was back at 4pm. At this point we were frustrated but also concerned what the technician’s attitude would be? Well we were very pleasantly surprised. He was great fixed again. But went way out of his way to figure out why the first fix didn’t last. Highly recommend this company they really really back up there work.”

“I just used Appliance Recover Repair and would not recommend at all. My washing machine needed servicing and all the technician did was go through the codes of the machine and advise that all of the parts needed to be replaced. The technician was literally here for about 30 minutes and they charged a service fee of $129.00. All he literally did was look at his manual and look at the codes there was no sense of - trouble shooting or anything. I would save your money and google the codes yourself. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I would understand a fee of $50-80 to just come out but not the $129.00”
