“I contacted the company as my refrigerator stopped cooling suddenly.They came out the first time changed the board and charged $350. I called back the next day as there was no change in my refrigerator and they sent someone else out to look. He said it woukd be a different part and he would have to come back the next day and it would be $100 for that part. He came replaced it and said it was all good. Later that night and the next day I checked and my refrigerator was still not cooling. I messaged them first thing in the morning and was not responded to until I followed up in the afternoon. I was told he would speak to someone else to see when they would be able to come back out. That was two days ago and I have not received any further communication. They three times and changed three parts on my refrigerator and it still does not work. I paid $450 across those three trips for nothing to be fixed. I saw that the company had good reviews and were local and I needed someone to be able to come quickly. However, their service has been disappointing to say the least and I would not recommend this company nor would I use them for any future repairs or services.”
