Tony and his brother were out in less than 24 hours with our new dryer, dropped off and installed. If you’re looking for a repair for your appliances or looking to buy one, this is the place! “They are heroes!! Last night, in the middle of Sunday chaos, my dryer stopped working leaving me with a ton of my son’s school clothes unfinished. I tried to book service through GE, but was going to have to wait a week for service. I called Two Brothers this morning in desperation, and though they were booked solid, they made the time to stop by and help me out. Tony and Daniel were at my house within the hour, were extremely polite and personable, and had my dryer working in precisely 6 minutes. Incredible customer service, very quick turnaround, and an extremely fair price. What more can you ask for? Literally calling them to come help me with another appliance this week. 10/10!”

“Drove 20 minutes to the store to find a fridge. Drove around the building for an extra 5 minutes trying to find it. I called the store twice with no answer. They then called back and said the store has been closed for over a year. Would have been nice to know that before I drove. Maybe it would be a good idea as a business owner to remove the pictures of the store and update the Google page Only reason I put two stars and not one is because the owner seemed like a decent guy over the phone, but you got to get with the times.”

“I called Two Brothers to come diagnose my ice maker issues and get an estimate for repair. Daniel showed up Monday and said he'd need to price out the parts needed to fix it, he would have an estimate to me in 45 minutes to an hour, and charged me for the service call. It's now the following Sunday and despite repeated text messages and phone calls, I have yet to receive the formal diagnosis or an estimate. They took my $125 service call fee and I never heard from them again. Would not recommend Two Brothers for appliance repair work.”
