Appliance Repair Technician · Beaumont, TX
About
7H Home Services handles appliance repair work out of Beaumont, Texas as a family owned operation. The owner and senior technician brings over thirty years fixing all brands including Thermador, Viking, U-Line and Sub-Zero units. They take on dryer repair, washer work, dishwasher fixes, oven and range jobs, fridge cooling problems and microwave repairs, often through home warranty providers. The business lists a Woodville address and phone number of 409-210-2900 for scheduling.
Customers report calling for Speed Queen washer codes, clogged or non working dryers, leaking dishwashers, ovens that fail to heat, fridges that stop cooling or freeze food instead, and microwaves with burned switches. In some cases the technician diagnosed the issue quickly, ordered parts and completed the repair on return visits. Other jobs involved multiple trips over weeks for the same problem, with one review noting a vent diagnosis that later proved unnecessary after another company checked with a camera. Technician Kelly handled extended scheduling and updates on certain warranty jobs.
Service involves scheduling through warranty companies like American Home Shield, with some customers noting visits limited to certain counties once a week. Communication happens by phone and email for part arrivals or appointment changes, though several reviews mention unanswered calls and delayed responses. One review praised fair pricing on a range burner fix that another outfit could not identify. The business states a thirty day labor guarantee on completed repairs.
Google shows a 3.5 rating from zero reviews. Across the listed feedback, topics that come up often include technician knowledge on specific brands, delays from part back orders, and issues with phone access and follow through on warranty calls.

What Customers Say
“I filed a repair request with AHS for an issue with our Speed Queen clothes washer. 7H Home services called quickly to schedule a diagnostic visit. The technician correctly diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. Once the parts arrived, 7H returned, installed the parts, and solved the issue. During the entire process, 7H communicated well with me and I was very happy with the service.”
“Tech came actually found out it was the owner that came out to service my dryer very unprofessional never told me what was wrong with it. Tore my dryer apart and put it back together not for sure exactly what he did. Asked to use my bathroom while working ewe. And when I left a bad review owner called me used profane language toward me. Less than a month later my dryer is back not working. Asked could someone else come out since its thru AHS and the lady from 7 H on the phone was rude and said she wasn't sending no one else out to fix my dryer.”
“Since September 1st, they’ve shown nothing but unprofessional behavior. Their phone is almost never answered and when they do, they make sure to give you false hope. I have a dishwasher and oven range issue but till this day, they drag. AHS have done their part each time I call but the 7H home people…I wonder why they take on jobs when they don’t deliver. A week ago, I called my home warranty to complain about how the dishwasher still leaks and how the oven range still brings no heat to bake/broil…the best 7H home services did was to send me emails about how they’ve acknowledged receipt of info…(and by the way this was the 1st time the ever sent any emails at all)…but no phone call, no re-inspection, no nothing! THIS IS MONTH 2!!! We’re going into the holidays that require the use of these 2 appliances especially the oven range and they still drag! Why do yall not cancel ur contract with home warranty companies if yall know yall can’t deliver? It’s unfortunate that there are soooo many people on ur website profile picture representing ur company but makes one wonder why (plus a few other curiosities). Another tactic they use is show up at ur door unannounced and if ur not home, the”
“I never give bad reviews out. We had an appointment with them from 10-2 time frame. They said they were on the way around 11, called up & found out they told AHS that they arrived at our home & knocked but no one answered. They never showed up, lied to AHS & now we’re having to pay another $100 for someone else to come to the house.”
“This is the best service I have ever had. Technician was very knowledgeable and took care of the problem in a very timely manner.”
“If I could give 0 stars I would. We had a technician come out for our dryer sent by American home and shield. He said it was the dryer vent was clogged and he doesn’t work on them. So we hired someone that does dryer vents. The technician that did the dryer vent stuck a camera before trying to clean it to see the clog come to find out the vent was spotless.. I had to spend almost 500 dollars on something that was completely unnecessary and never the problem because of this company.”
“This company was very rude and unprofessional. I bought a washer- speed queen and it was throwing a code and wouldn’t work. I was under warranty and so the place i bought it from said to call them. They were mad because i couldn’t do any of the times they asked because i work shift work and every day they suggested i was working. She was rude when i told her i could not do any of those days. Got another company to work on them since she started calling me rude and stated that they would not come work on my washer. They need training in customer relations.”
“7H was called out to my house by my home warranty company, American Home Shield. My fridge stopped cooling at the end of August, it is now the end of December. The first time they came out, the repairman didn't even use a tool. He said something about the damper and used his hand to move it and said it was fixed. It wasn't. It took them 3 call outs to finally get it cooling. Because they only come to Orange County every so often (maybe once a week?) it would take at least a week to get them back out. Once it was cooling our food, it began freezing our food. The fridge is too cold now. They have been out 3 times trying to get it to stop freezing my food. He mentioned that the reason food is freezing is because the top shelf is the coldest place in the fridge. Well, it's not just freezing on the top shelf. It's freezing stuff on the second shelf and the door as well, including my husband's insulin and meds. The repair man most recently came out a few days ago and said there's nothing else he can do, he doesn't know why it's freezing, and he'd let American Home Shield know. He reported to AHS that it is 'customer misuse/abuse' and that I'm putting stuff on the top shelf ”
“I had my dishwasher repaired by 7H. The part took longer than the specified time frame, due to back order, which wasn't a big deal ,I however, I was without my dishwasher for 4 weeks. The part was ultimately replaced and dishwasher seems to be functioning well. The technician's work was of poor quality and he seemed in a hurry. He damaged my countertop and taped the chipped piece perfectly back in place, yet denied doing it. He also left metal pieces sticking out from my counter that I would have injured myself on, had I not had him readjust the dishwasher placement, before leaving my driveway. I called and reported the damage to my counter and received no follow up phone call from the owner, as I was told that I would. I guess customer satisfaction means nothing. For this reason, I wouldn't recommend this company. If this is whom my home warranty routinely uses for repairs, I'll be cancelling. Subpar experience overall.”
“American home shield sent this company to my house. Told home shield they called 3 times which never happened and clearly after reading these reviews apparently I'm not the first. Technician came out what nice but asked for my ladder which I thought was a little unprofessional not having your own tools for the job but hey no biggie. Opened my microwave saw some switches were burned up automatically assumed that was the problem was here 15 mins. So I went ahead and hired my own company to tell me what his diagnosis was he said yes the switches were bad but the cause for the switches being out were do to the magnetron being out which caused the to over load. Meanwhile I didn't want to gave to come out of pocket 400 bucks I figured I'd let american home shield pay for it. Came back today and sure enough it was more than the switches. The owner and manager were about the rudest people you could talk to which also reading other reviews seems to be a pattern. So I'm jusy sharing my experience with them I support small businesses all day but not ones like this. This is why people use bigger companies. I know 7h your going to act like it's all on me so don't even reply to this its all my f”
“I have revised this post, to say that actually Kelly has been helping me for 2 months. Maybe you haven’t had my service for that long but I talked to Kelly and she helped me long before Maytag scheduled for you guys to come out. With that being said she is an angel and has helped my situation to the best she can and I never denied that at all. I’m just stating that your phone service sucks. When you leave 4 voicemails and they go unnoticed until I post a review like this one that seems like poor customer service to me. I’d also like to say I had no idea my parts were even on back order until this very moment of your response so I guess this is the way to contact you guys? Seems like you’re more worried about Google reviews then customer phone calls. Guess you have someone dedicated for the things that come out into the light. Seems “feasible” Thanks for all the help.”
“The gentlemen that showed up to fix my dryer did an excellent job. No problems”
“I set an appointment with whirlpool. They gave me 7H as the repair company. The Thursday before my appointment I got a call at 3:47 pm stating they would not be open Monday. I called them back at 3:48 and went straight to voicemail. I got an email at 4:02 stating they called to schedule, but could not reach me. I emailed them back immediately asking them to call me now. I waited 5 min then called again, went straight to voicemail. After a couple of emails I was told whirlpool does not set their schedule and they only had 7/7 available. My appointment was supposed to be 7/2. They then stated they were going to let whirlpool know that I needed service... this companies customer service is so poor they can't pick up a phone and call you or answer the phone when you call.”
“We had been having trouble getting our Thor range repaired. One burner was not working properly. A different company came out and looked at and had no clue. 7H came out and in less than a minute knew what was wrong and made the simple repair”
“They are a family owned business and treat their customers like family. I have used them several times overall Great service!”
“They do great work and are very professional. Its hard to find someone to do reliable appliance repair at a reasonable price, but they get my appliances up and running again at a very fair price.”
