“I was able to get a same day appt to fix a blown heating element on my dryer. They kept me informed of my technician’s approximate arrival time, which was spot on/early (which was great for me). Zhan was extremely knowledgeable, had a replacement part with him and cleaned the entire unit and all around the laundry area. Knowledgeable/nice professionals, reasonable/logical pricing, on time and thorough.”

“I’ve rarely met a better professional team. David was amazing at diagnosis and fix. Our fridge was leaking and it was a complex fix. But David made it look easy and their prices are perfect. They could have double charged for repeat visit but they did not. True pros.”

“So I originally contacted Geek Squad to come for service on my Whirlpool dryer, they couldn’t get to me for 6 days!!! They also want to charge an arm and a leg, even though I have a total protection membership, tell me how that’s right?! Needless to say I looked for an alternative route and so glad I came upon HPS Appliance Repair! It was late at night so I made an appointment online, easy peasy…they contacted me back immediately and set up a diagnosis appt for next day!!! The technician was nice and very informative, he was able to fix my dryer in this same appt because he had the part on hand! That’s not even the best part… the service fee was waived and I only had to pay for the parts and labor, you cannot ask for anything better than that!!!”

“If I could - I would give NEGATIVE Stars. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! We had them come out to repair our Samsung front load washing machine. After diagnosing the problem, the technician gave us a 10-day timeframe to get the parts and return for the installation. We noticed after he left that the machine would no longer power on and figured he had disabled it. After doing our laundry at a laundromat for 3 weeks, I finally called and asked when we could expect our repair to happen. The woman on the phone looked for a bit and then told me she would call me back in 20 minutes. 7 HOURS later I called back - again, she would call me back in 20 minutes. Another HOUR later I called her again and she asked ME what parts had been ordered. Of course I didn't know and she offered to have the guy come back. NO THANKS!! I finally had Austonian Services come out - they are absolutely great. Got the parts in a week and came out to make the repair. However, when he went to power the machine up he found that the initial service guy from HPS ripped out one of the wiring harnesses and completely destroyed it. Cost me an additional $400.”

“David A was amazing. He managed to bring life back to a Dacor stovetop that was at least 15 years old. He explained everything about what was wrong and when the part arrived he spent ample time making sure that the pop up vent hood worked like a new one. I recommend him highly! He also vacuumed the couple’s on my subzero refrigerator and had it cooling and making ice again!”

“Got me on the schedule and came out in less than 24hrs. They sent a text when on their way. The time window they gave me was 11am-1pm and he showed up at 1050am. Was polite, knowledgeable and fixed our dryer quickly and he cleaned up after himself. The price was very reasonable. Very happy with the service we received and would highly recommend!”

“Our microwave malfunctioned on Tuesday before Thanksgiving. I researched repair companies, decided to go with HPS. I called HPS at 10:56 AM; said they’d be right out; John was at my door at 11:26 AM; I told him the issue; he opened it up, saw the problem; replaced a foil plate; fixed it and was done at 11:56 AM! Problem was solved within 1 hour of my call to them! Thanksgiving cooking was saved. Amazing service and John was very friendly and polite!”

“David came during the time window that had been previously discussed the day before. Super friendly, seemed quite knowledgeable. Unfortunately for us (HPS charges an $85 diagnostic fee that can be later waived if you choose to use repair services with them), it was actually a very easy fix with our breaker box. But David did his due diligence and checked out the entire appliance to make sure it was properly working before he left. Would definitely call them again if services are needed!”
