“My old whirlpool refrigerator suddenly got sick (not cold, but power on). I like keep my “old” refrigerator and want to find a Pro tech to fix it. My friend referred this family owned business. The appt is easy to make and I made the next day appt. The technician (Mr Mathew) is very skilled and professional, he quickly diagnosed the problem of my sick refrigerator which was caused by the faulty thermometer. He gave me a quote to repair it in next day when he receives the new part. He also gave me detailed instructions to unfreeze the refrigerator for repair. The part arrived 1 day later and he carried it to plan to come to fix it on Friday. Due to the conflict of my schedule, I can not stay in home. Mr Mathew came to my home on Sat morning to get my refrigerator fixed. He did awesome job. Highly recommended.”

One of the primary issues in finding a reputable company is trusting them not to overcharge, replace, or “fix” something that doesn’t actually need fixing. When I called Matthew regarding my washer, I thought I knew the issue and told him about it. He came the following day, assessed the problem, and solved the issue. Told part was ordered…another tech came out again after several phone calls…checked the refrigerator and told me what I already knew…I needed a new part and he would order it…cost would be approximately $150.00 less than original quote. Should have it by Monday. Well, it’s 3 weeks since the original service call! I have been told untruths when I call them. I have no idea if the part was ordered and at this point my plan is to call another appliance company. I have been strung along by the incompetence of Day and Night. Clearly, the right hand and left hand have no communication, so to speak, and I’m left with a refrigerator that is not working. My experience with them ruined the trust I once had with them…I will not use them again or recommend them to others.”
