“Took my washer in, explained to them that I was having electrical trouble with it. They called and said they looked over all the electrical and everything was fine, worked fine. They said they noticed some wires showing on the cord, sent me pictures. Okay cool, replace it. They noticed some noise coming from the transmission during spin sequence. Id noticed it since I bought it so we decided to leave it until it blows. They ordered the cord. Said it would be in Monday. I called for an update Monday afternoon, they said it would be arriving Tuesday. Arrived Tuesday afternoon, cool. They replaced the cord and called me this morning that it was ready to go. I arrived, no techs on deck, okay cool. Had some issues when I picked it up. 1. It looked like it had been left outside with the top open, it had leaves and dirt inside washer. 2. The cord they replaced didnt fit into the back of the washer correctly, decided it wasnt a big deal, ill get some clear silicone or glue and get it to stay, washer is gonna be stationary anyway. 3. I get home, GOT DAM WASHER IS DOING THE SAME DAM THING. Unplugged to try and reset it and now it wont even turn on 😅 thanks guys. I guess I should've asked the”

“Answering the phone scheduling the appointment and the timeliness of the appointment was a no problem they had came over on time gave me a quoted price which I agree to and took the board of my washing machine 8 Days later no word for them ended up calling them promise it still have somebody to call me back two days later nobody called back then finally I call back again third day they evidently say that the board is a van with some of the staff and they'll get back to me then they get back to me and tell me that I need a new board for my washer and it's going to be more than the price that was quoted. If they would of quoted in the beginning however but l felt they now asking me to pay more than 350 or $400 for a repair I feel like they had my board for my washing machine on hostage for me to buy a new one I would never recommend these people so I asked them to come back install my original board .... Two weeks later when I could of just resolve the problem within a couple days I would never recommend them!”

“From the impressive AI answering on my initial call to the completed Repair my experience was excellent. I was able to arrange a repsir for the next day. Chris O. arrived as scheduled and kept me informed with e messages on his arrival progress. He and his assistant helped remove the food from the freezer and quickly began to remove the necessary panels to fix the problem. Within 45 minutes the drain was unplugged. The cost for the repair was significantly less than I had previously paid for a clogged refrigerator drain. They will become my appliance repair service from now on. Kudos.”

“Greg says what he does and does what he says! My refrigerator was not getting cold and he diagnosed the cause the very first visit. Greg ordered the part and kept me apprised of it progress to arrive. Once he’s on the way, a text comes and gives you a live image of his car on the way on a map. Needless to say, he installed the new part, and now my refrigerator is working perfectly once again. Thank you, Greg!”

“This company said they could repair our icemaker by just doing a service to it. They did it and it worked for a week. When it was determined the icemaker needed to be replaced, they gave me a written quote. After we paid for a new icemaker., One hour before they arrived to replace it they called and said they made a mistake on their quote and it was gonna be three times The quoted price. When the techs arrived, they said we must pay them in full before they would install it. When my wife, who is undergoing chemotherapy, agreed to give them credit card info, she said, find out disputed. At that time, they said it would be a cash only deal and we did not have enough cash to do it She started crying and went back to her room, and I told the technicians to leave the house They did and upon repeated request to their stupid AI Answering service for a return phone call, we have yet to hear from them. Is very disgusting to have their emails and text ending with a Bible verse. They are far from being a Christianity company. We had another company from Rockport Texas come in and fix the problem which wound up being a bad electrical connection to the icemaker. This should have been disc”

“I had dishwasher and over the oven microwave installed. Both installs were not the easiest to do. Much though and planning was done before completing. Took a little longer than expected but they did a good job. What I liked best is they responded right away with my request and gave me a fair quote. At finish there was nothing added and they hauled away old dishwasher. Thanks American Appliance”

“I have an OLD Kenmore dryer that started making a loud noise and getting hot on the top. I clean my filter religiously, but there was about 33 years of accumulated lint and sand in the enclosed area. Caesar gave it an interior makeover and now it is so happy!!
