“A technician was sent out to my house on June 1 Monday. He attempted to diagnose the issue and after about 20 minutes, stated that he thought it was the control panel. I said OK order it how long he said Friday I said OK. Then he stated he didn’t know for sure if it was the control panel. I then said OK we’ll just take it from there and he would warranty it if it didn’t work Friday comes and goes and I hear nothing about the part or get a call that they were coming over to install it so I called Monday and they tell me there were shipping issues and it’ll come in Tuesday. I seriously think they didn’t order it as I have read other reviews and see the same has happened. Today is Thursday and still no courtesy call about the panel and if they would come and install it or at least give me an update. This company was a waste of time”

His fees are extremely fair, and his knowledge and honesty are great! Also, he does weekly maintenance and cleaning for our pool and pool at our previous home.. “Reliable, on time, courteous, professional and reasonably priced. Our Samsung refrigerator/ice maker just stopped working. They took apart and inspected each part and reset it. They went over all of our options with pricing if it didn't start making ice again. After giving the reset 24hrs, we now have ice again! I highly recommend this company.”

“Travis is SO prompt, professional and fair! Owning a unit on the island and being 7 hours away can be stressful when something isn't working and you have paying renters. I called several places and Travis is the only one that responded same day and based on his other reviews I was comfortable with him taking the job of fixing our dryer. Our renters were out for the day and Travis agreed to picking up a key to do the job. I didn't have much choice being so far away but, based on his professionalism I was comfortable with him doing so. He had the part needed with him and fixed the dryer at a very fair price. Actually his cost was less then what Sears was going to charge me to come next day service and just diagnose! His fix was Sears diagnoses fee 😃 He kept in touch with me, letting me know when he was done, took the key back to the management company and took my payment over the phone. “A tech came to my house to give me a quote to fix my washer and dryer. I agreed to have the $500 worth of work done. The tech said he would order the parts and call in about a week to come back out. After waiting 2 1/2 weeks I called Travis to check the status. Several hours later he called me back stating they never even ordered the parts. I did pay the tech $60 service charge that he stated would go towards the overall charge. Travis was the rude and unprofessional. I have stage 4 terminal cancer and can’t leave my house to go to a laundromat during a pandemic. Now I’m back at square one looking for appliance repair after almost 3 weeks of waiting for this incompetent company. Terrible customer service. Update: Your response is a lie. You stated you would refund my money. You did not. You owe me $60. Your unprofessional actions are on file at the BBB. Why didn’t you answer their numerous calls to you? You also didn’t answer my repeat calls. You’re a lying, unprofessional poor excuse of a business owner.”

“Installed defective lights on my refrigerator. When I called so Travis can come fix them or take a look and see why the light he installed became defective 2 and a half months after, he did nothing for me as a customer, when I had paid about $200 to him for the light replacement. Gave me a cheap excuse of why he couldn’t fix the lights any more. Just wanted to take more advantage of the situation and tried to charge me an additional $130 if he came to my house again. I believe that if the lights he replaced where defective and I had already paid all that money the least he could have done was come and check then. This just shows the bad quality of customer service and assistance with this company particularly with this employee . The person that came was Travis. Maybe there are other better employees but this one for sure has terrible customer service or maybe he’s just racist.”

“Our repair person came out quick same day, and was able to diagnose issues with our two year old Maytag washing machine, he advised to not spend money fixing, as it would cost about the same with parts and labor to repair equal to replacing with new. I appreciated his honesty. I contacted Maytag which refused to help. I told them this was not the washing machine I remember lasting a lifetime when I was a kid. Now we are shopping for a new appliance ( looking at Bosch or Melle). Thank you for at least attempting to fix and for your honesty.”
