“Travis was awesome. Very knowledgeable guy. Couldn't help but to over hear him talking to like his assistant (the person who was helping him) explain things to him about repairs. Tips and tricks. Even I was like I should take notes. I definitely highly recommend this company. Because they won't cheat you out of your money. If theirs an addiction issue with your appliances... they will let you know, and give you the price upfront. No hidden fees. Plus they will give a nice length warranty. Also they are fast. At least my repairman was. Dude was so quick that he went to do another repair not far from me, got the part I needed for my dryer, and come back to repair my dryer. All under 2 hours of work. Thanks Travis.”

“I had an excellent experience with Star Appliance Repair. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything, including the fees and the warranty, so there were no surprises. He also had a young apprentice with him, and it was great to see him sharing his knowledge. He fixed my washer quickly and did outstanding work. He was so pleasant and honest that I almost wanted to find something else for him to repair! It’s not often you come across service like this anymore. “Hector and I think his name was Josh came by to check our dryer after it suddenly stopped working. Both were very friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. They were able to provide a temporary fix and took the time to clearly explain that a full repair would be quite costly. Since the dryer is only about six months old and likely still under warranty, they recommended contacting GE for service instead. We really appreciated their honesty and the way they walked us through the issue. We would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them.”

“The first repair was done in a timely effective manner. We had another issue they sent an unqualified person out. He damaged our 1.5 year old washer attempting to pry the lid off, dented the front, Had the washer turned on it's side. This did not completely fix the washer. He even went so far as to argue with my wife. I had to leave work and come home. He claimed it was like that even though the porcelain chips were laying on the floor. The repait person that I won't name then tried to make excuses. After repair drum wobbles and had to have the support rods changed. We found the top does not pry open , it simply slides foward by removing two screws on the back and the releasing the front latches from the sides. We then found the factory support rods had been taken apart, re installed with missing parts Now our washer has a bad motor or bearing failure that may be related to be being turned over and handled roughly. I would not recommend this company.”

Travis was quick to resolve the issue, and is also very mindful of leaving the workspace clean and placing everything back in order when the job is done.”

“We had our Samsung ice maker freeze up and Tech Hector came out looked to see what the problem was, ordered part and was out the next week replacing part. On his initial visit he thoroughly and knowledgeable as he explained the problem and advised what was going to be needed. Veronica and Giana were the two ladies that I spoke with and they were both really helpful in answering the questions I had each time. They were prompt in their responses on a couple of questions that came up which I found to be very caring. I will definitely reach out to them if I am in need of any appliance repair.”
