“Noble was able to come out the same day I called. After diagnosing my Samsung washer he ordered a part that came in a couple days later. He was able to fit me on his schedule that same day it came in. Unfortunately my washer ended up being unfixable but he was gracious enough to take back the part he ordered and refunded me my money minus the small trip charge. The only issue for us was that the original diagnosed problem was not the problem, and we ended up having to try a few things to get our refrigerator back and working. They worked with us very well and only charged us for parts for the additional work. It probably cost us a little bit more to get the ultimate fix however the crew was always kind courteous and did a great job finally getting our refrigerator back to work. I guess these things can be hard to always fix on the first time but at least they put a lot of effort into trying to get it working right for us and at the end of the day we're back up and running.
