“Bad Experience. I am suspicious if other reviews are real:(. Be careful. They quoted me $149.00 for dryer duct cleaning. I spoke with Ben and specifically notified that dryer vent goes up to the roof. Upon arrival and 10 minutes of cleaning, tech notified me the vent can't be cleaned because, it is blocked from the roof. Since we need to go to roof it will be $375.00. I said no thank you, $161.29 (149 + tax) down the drain. We had one other company do the cleaning some time ago they they went up to the roof and cleaned really well, unfortunately lost their contact info.”
