“My experience with Mega Appliance Repair was horrible . They came to inspect my washer on June 15th. They promised to be able to fix my washer and could not . They gave me a hassle about getting a refund after spending $530 with them ( part & labor) . When I told them we could settle this in court they began to lie and say that the washer was in working condition when they left . I was lied to constantly, changing my schedule only for them not to show up . When they finally verbally agreed to give me a refund , they said they needed the part I purchased back . I was fine with that as long as I received my money back . Instead of the worker only taking the part I purchased from them , he took additional parts as well as destroyed the remainder of my washer . I was able to use my washer before this company touched it ( although it would spin badly ) . Now I can't use it at all because of the stolen and broken parts . I will now have to purchase a brand new washer. I do not recommend this company to anyone . They are rude and very unprofessional. I am giving one star only because I can not give 0 stars.”

“Find it unusual they have only one non-five star rating. Curious to see if this one actually posts. They were late for the second appointment and the suspicious at best with they're recommended repairs. Would be nice if they could communicate well enough to describe the issue also. Way more interested in being paid than servicing the customer. They did fix the problem so avoided a one star review but I'll never use them again.”

“Our refrigerator stopped working on Monday afternoon. Ronnie, the technician from mega appliance came the same day and diagnosed the issue with the compressor. He was professional, timely and courteous, and honest about the price and the problem. We contacted Samsung about the warranty but they of course gave us the run around and weren’t helpful at all! Horrible customer service from Samsung! So we contacted Ronnie and went ahead with replacement and labor from him and his company. They came over 2 days after the initial service call, fixed the fridge, gave us recommended care instructions and left our home in much better condition than they found it. We couldnt be more please with the level of service, the price point and the timeliness from start to finish. I would be glad to welcome Ronnie and his team from mega appliance back in our home, hopefully not anytime soon, but you get the point. Top notch guys, skilled, nice, kind, clean and timely. Highly recommended!”

“Ervin did a wonderful job fixing my Thermador range. Another company said it was one of the motherboards that was bad then ghosted me. I called Mega and they sent Ervin out and it was the ignition that was bad the whole time. Now I have my main oven back in working order. Saved me ALOT of money. “At first, they were great. Got in and out we thought that they fixed the problem that was a big mistake. We had problems two days after they claimed that they fixed the problem we could not reach them for another three weeks. Their communication sucks at best on a good day when we finally Reached them they didn’t want to warranty their own work. Then we agreed on just charging us for parts. They didn’t fix the problem. The tech was on u tube seeing how to do the repairs. He was also rude and late. There is more to but my hand will fall off in writing it. I WOULD NEVER use them again save your money for a new appliance.”
