“Hands down the best service ever! Our 2011 Samsung Gas dryer stopped heating last night. I suspected it would be the heating element and while I'm not afraid of a little DIY and YouTube, when would I find the time to repair it? “Amazing experience! The repair tech James came in evaluated my Samsung dryer issues. He rightly predicted it was a broken roller and clogged vent. Amazingly , he had the spare part with him. (I had informed them it was a Samsung dryer and so I believe he came prepared.) After he took my dryer apart and fixed the issue, he vacuumed all the debris inside and left a very clean area.
