“I reached out to Alex initially for help with what I thought was an issue with my dryer. After taking a look, he found no issue but let me know if I had any problems in the future to contact him. When my fridge’s ice dispenser was having problems, I knew who to call. Alex came with 48 hours and took apart my fridge finding and diagnosing the issue in less than 30 minutes. He ordered the part, reached out to me when it arrived, and scheduled when to come back to replace it. Again, he was in and out in 30 minutes and my fridge was fixed in the span of a few days. Alex is honest, efficient, and definitely worth the call. I know my handyman to recommend in the future.”

“Never call this company out!! They do not know how to repair appliances. They do not notify the customer of charges before doing the work. My husband was told there was no charge for a service call and we would be notified of the cost of any repair before they did it. First time the tech looked at the fridge and freezer and didn’t communicate what he was going to do and the cost ahead of time. When he was done he said he reset the fridge by unplugging it and plugging it back in and that cost $100. He assured me that would fix it. If not he wasn’t too sure what else to do. He seemed very unknowledgeable on the appliance. When the freezer still would not freeze the next morning my husband called them back out. Second time he barely opened my freezer before he told me that fridges don’t get repaired and if unplugging it for a few minutes didn’t work you just replace the entire appliance. I paid $100 for them to unplug my fridge.”

“On Wednesday evening, our washer wouldn't drain. Found this company based on great reviews. Called Thursday AM to make an appointment to have a serviceman come look at our washer. Very nice lady answering the phone said she could have a technician out that afternoon between 12pm-2pm. Their service tech, Alex, was at our house at 12:45pm, and by 1:30pm he had replaced the drain pump on our washer, tested it for leaks, and was out the door for a very reasonable price. We appreciate the prompt service!! I highly recommend this company!! I will definitely keep their number for the inevitable next time.”
