Our salesman never seems to be there and doesn't return calls. 1 week after our latest purchase of a new speed queen machine it is out of order and we were quoted over $900 just for a service call since it only has a "parts warranty". $20K spent on machines and this is what we get. Lesson learned spend a little more and buy local.”

“Machine processes my transaction and took money but would not start. Tried to use app to request refund it does not work. Tried to get help the the help link it does not work. The machine don’t spin very well. They leak, was to expensive for how poorly they work. Operate like cheep front load washers and driers. No one to contact when there is a problem.”
