“I will never call this place again. I scheduled an appointment online for my Maytag dryer to be fixed. I got a email confirmation for my appointment. I took off work on the day of the repair. They never showed up. When I called to see where they were, they said, oh we rescheduled that for another date. We are really busy today. I was never informed they rescheduled it. Very unprofessional. Never again!”

The technician came out, thoroughly inspected my oven including pulling it from the wall and let me know I just needed to replace the baking element. He gave me an accurate estimate of how long it would take to get the part. He came back and installed the part and verified/tested the oven completely again to ensure everything was working. Very pleased with the work, reasonably priced. And I did not have to buy a new oven!!”
