RD APPLIANCES

RD Appliances operates out of Garland, Texas, selling used and refurbished appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and stoves. They handle sales of these items along with delivery and hookup at the customer site. Staff members such as Yuny, Magaly, and Julie assist with selections and complete the transactions. The business also provides a warranty on purchases and coordinates repairs when needed under that coverage.

Customers often come in after an appliance fails and need a quick replacement. Yuny helps match units to space requirements and answers questions on models like side-by-side fridges or Maytag washers. Deliveries happen the same day in many cases, with staff hooking up the new units and removing the old ones. Reviewers note that washers and dryers from the shop run reliably afterward, and warranty claims bring a repair person out promptly to fix or swap units.

The shop keeps prices fixed and low compared to other outlets in the area. Response times stand out, with some deliveries completed within an hour of purchase. They cover the Garland and broader DFW region, speak both English and Spanish, and offer options for customers to handle their own transport if preferred. Hours allow weekend visits, and communication stays direct through the staff listed in reviews.

“Yuny is such a great person to work with. I walked in and explained that I needed a fridge since my old one went out. She took the time to help me find a refrigerator that would work for my space. The staff was amazing and the prices were more than fair. They also offer a delivery service which is super convenient but we came from out of town so we took it ourselves.
