“RPS made it easy & convenient to schedule a diagnostic appointment. Communication was timely as well as showing for service. They diagnosed, ordered part & returned to complete the job timely. We now have our standalone ice maker working better than before. This was our second opinion co. and they were MUCH Better than the name brand national company. I highly recommend RPS. “Chad was v professional and efficient in dining the dryer that was not drying the clothes. On the first visit, he told me that some parts need to be ordered. He ended up making 3 trips -- 1) Trip 1 was to diagnose the problem (broken compressor; 2) replace the compressor and test the fridge's performance thoroughly; and 3) he had to come back to make sure the refrigerator was fully charged with freon. “RPS appliance was awesome, our refrigerator was making some strange and loud noises after the ice dispenser cycled, RPS sent out two technicians to diagnose the issue, after a short diagnostic performed, the techs indicated they were certain what parts needed to be ordered to address the issue, about a week later they they contacted me informing me that the part was scheduled to arrive the next day and they would have a tech come out to install the part. As promised the tech was sent out as scheduled, installed the part, and informed me if I had any further issues to please call them and they would come back out at no cost... “The best appliance customer service experience I have ever had. Lane was my technician and was amazing. He diagnosed my problem immediately and ordered the correct parts the first time around. I have a Bosch fridge model number B36CD50SNS/06. I have had it for 13 months. The ice maker located in the top left of the fridge stopped making ice and started making a knocking noise. He replaced the flap, control unit, and ice maker. And boom, I now have ice. As important as the technician is, the dispatch team is equally as important.
