Recently, our ice maker wasn't functioning & our home warranty assigned a different repair service. From April until August, the other service came 8 times & never could fix my ice maker. “zero star for their scheduling and time to just show up on site. They were assigned company from AHS and they didn't even respond till 2 days after ticket was opened, the first availability was 5 days after I put in my request, and couldn't tell me a time window to show up on site until 24 hours before visit. A day before, they assigned a time window for which I won't be at home so asked to accommodate to a sooner or later time window and given alternate date 5 days after original assigned date (that makes it 10 days w/o appliance working and not to mention that this is so far only scheduling to be on site for diagnostics with not knowing how much time they will take for repair itself). I called AHS and have my request reassigned (dealing with AHS is a chore of its own). I rather cut my losses with them than keep getting delayed and dragging this past whole month just to fix an issue. I cannot recommend them to anyone for any service as my experience has been nothing but poor.”
