“Lucas was very professional and arrived as scheduled. He was well prepared for the repairs needed on our refrigerator and had it fixed in no time at all. Very reasonably priced and will certainly use him again in the future.”

“On November 27, 2020, I contacted Appliance Repair Today because my Kitchenaide refrigerator was not working, no cold air. The freezer was not freezing. Mr. Lucas came to my home the next day, November 28, 2020. He informed my that my refrigerator's relay on the compressor was defected. He replaced the part with a new part. But the new part was a different design and model. I was charged $200.00. Mr. Lucas left. I checked the refrigerator an hour later and noticed it was hot. I called him back and he returned the same day. This time he checked the system for leaks and there was a major leak found. He repaired the leak and charged me an addition $287.00. This time the refrigerator worked, the freezer was freezing. Two hours after he left the second time the freezer stopped again. I contacted Mr. Lucas and he returned the following day November 29, 2020. This time he injected freon into my refrigerator system. Again after he left the freezer stopped freezing. I called him and left a voice mail, no returned call. I texted him and he replied he would come by on December 1, 2020 at 6pm. December 2, 2020, I waited for his return until 6:20pm. “I set an appointment on 9/17/20 to have my Samsung refrigerator looked at because it was not cooling. After I told Lucas the problem he said the thermistor needed to be replaced. He did that and cleaned the drain tube. He said he was 99% sure that was the problem. The next day I called him and told him the refrigerator was at 42 degrees and the freezer was at 10 degrees. He said he would come back out between noon and 2pm the next day and look at it. He has not come back, and has not returned any of my phone calls or text messages. It froze up again within a week and have been calling for months now to have him replace it. Phone number on my receipt says mailbox is full and can not leave a message. Texted and emailed Lucas several time with no response. Finally I found another number to call and very nice lady answers phone and tells me Lucas has been having phone issues and no longer has my information and to please give her part number which I have done but as of this date still can not get an answer if they will order part. I am done with this company and will have to pay to have somebody else come out and start all over.”

Yet charging a customer $70 for not attempting to repair or taking anything apart in the assessment and then charging for “looking” to me is bad business. I mentioned the high fee and they made no attempt to comp or even reduce the fee. I then called the office after they left. I was told they came out for washer and refrigerator and this was false.
