“Lucas was GREAT!! **quick to answer my call **responded with a timeframe that best suited us **prompt arrival to our set appointment with a prior confirmation text that he was 20-30min away **good explanation of what was wrong and what needed to be done, easy to understand **explained the parts and labor charge, also understandable as to why the charges **once we agreed on the repair, his repairs were done in a very timely manner. **He cleaned and explained what he was doing while doing it (vacuuming areas of lint debris, showing me the difference between the old part that was not working, which was out of date, to the new part and it’s better durability) **he had my invoice ready for payment and we were able to take care of it through Zelle (he takes several different forms of payment including cash/check) **he made sure I understood the warranty and the timeframe that it is valid **Lucas also made sure I understood what needs to be done to maintain a good running dryer - due to it being a gas dryer, I need to check the ventilation annually to avoid sparking a fire.
