“Called to set an appointment for an appliance at one of my rental properties. Was meant with a less than excited representative yet I continued to the conversation in a polite and upbeat manner. Asked when their next availability was and was told it would be one to two weeks (which was no problem). Requested earliest available date so I could relay the info to my tenants but was told they were not sure when the next available appointment was but that it "would most likely be a Saturday but not sure which Saturday". Thanked them for their time and moved on. Huge red flag if there is no general organization as it relates to their agenda/scheduling. Sad as they seemed to have generally positive reviews. Reviews related to service (including customer service) are incredibly helpful for potential customers who may want to contract you for repair work. “I had my Speenqueen washing machine serviced under warranty with JJ Appliance. I would highly recommend this company for warranty repairs. My initial call to request service was answered promptly. The same day of the call, I received a text from the technician letting me know when he could come by. He came by in a timely manner, accessed the problem, & ordered the parts needed & told me approximately how long it would take for the parts to come in. Right on schedule, he texted me that he was in route to do the needed repairs. Within 15 minutes he had the parts in & washer running. My technician, J. “Hoshizaki Ice Repair. Joe Garcia and JJ appliance are THE BEST!!!! HONEST, responsive, knowledgeable. Arrived early (he called to make sure it was ok) and repaired our ice maker. He explained what the issue was. Just FYI, I had another appliance repairman out a few days ago, and wanted a second opinion. The first one was going to charge me $1,966.82 for the repair. Joe explained that that was absolutely not my issue. I would give this company 10 stars if I could!!! I will definitely use their service in the future.
