“It was easy to schedule an appointment online and was able to get next day service. Sergio called when ensure with an ETA of arrival. He was courteous and careful dissembling my washer as he diagnosed the source of the water leak. When He didn’t have the water pump with him, he went to pick it up, giving me an ETA of his return. He completed the repair the same day. It was a great experience.”

“I called Quality Repairs because my washing machine was not working. I first called on a Monday morning and they came out that afternoon. The tech was friendly and explained what needed to be done. I agreed to the repair and it was scheduled for the next day. The next day a different tech, Jesus, came to install the new control board. He installed it and completed troubleshooting. I didn’t do any laundry for several days. Unfortunately, when I went to wash clothes the washer was again not working. I texted the number on a Sunday evening. Jesus returned the following day during his allotted timeframe to make the repairs. After some trouble shooting he assured me it was fixed. I tried to wash clothes again but it wasn’t working. Jesus returned to my home the following day again during his allotted time frame. During this visit he stayed for an entire cycle. At this point he determined that the washer was unable to be repaired. He immediately offered me a 50% refund on the several hundred dollar part we put in the week prior. I notified him that the tech who came the first day told me that if the control board did not fix it I would only pay the service fee. Jesus went to his van wher”

The technician called when he was in route and was very friendly and polite. He explained the issue with my washing machine and was completely honest in letting me know that the cost of the repair would surpass the cost of a new washing machine. “Quality repairs lives up to the hype. I'm very satisfied after reading many of the wonderful people that chose to leave truthful reviews regarding quality repairs. Unfortunately I am a Samsung refrigerator owner. I reached out to Samsung for a support call and to fix my refrigerator that was not cooling. Samsung was extremely high for just an initial visit and diagnostic. I read the reviews for quality repair and decided to give them a call. The gentleman I believe was David who I initially spoke with. He was professional and assured me he could have someone out on the same day to take a look at the refrigerator.
