“I called on Thursday to see if the repairman would check washer and when it would be convenient for him. He told me Friday and at 9 am. I sent him our address per his instructions. It is now 10:40 am and he still hadn't shown up. THAT is even after we GAVE him a phone call and he said " oh, was that today?"....needless to say, we at least gave him a courtesy call that his services, or lack thereof, were no longer needed..”
