“Tech for appointment on the 20th of May didn’t quite wait for us to answer door. Today’s tech, Rene (7/21)showed up at decent time and is working diligently. He did step out for a few quick minutes to buy a part to help him move washer.”

“They came and glued a part. It fell of. Then he came back with glue and tried to tape it. My husband took a picture and he immediately took tape off since it was such a ridiculous “fix”. They left and never came back. This happened 10/6”

“Not sure how to rate this one. I’d like to give the technician a 5 star review, he did great. He explained everything and was fast and efficient. It was the appointment setting that deserves a one star review. First they give you a 8:00am to 5:00pm window and then they canceled/rescheduled on me 3 times. My appointment was originally on Monday, then Tuesday, then Wednesday and finally they showed up on Friday. I can’t be at home all week waiting for someone who may or may not show up. People have to work and do other things. Very poor scheduling service.”

“While I appreciated Saul's dedication to explaining what he did to the dryer along with the maintenance he performed, I am disappointed to see that he seems to have forgotten to change the dryer seal which was one of the parts that was ordered by a previous technician. I would like for someone to come out and complete the job correctly. EDIT 9/28 Today, I was given a service window of 8am-5pm, and then I was given 4 different time frames via text and email for when I should expect someone to show up for the service. I finally received a notification that Saul was on his way in the late afternoon to my residence to respond to the service order. However, he never arrived, and I never received a notification detailing the need for a reschedule or any explanation as to why Saul never arrived to my residence despite waiting a full day and being given a notification that he was already on the way only for hours to pass with no arrival. This is unacceptable, and you can't even escalate this with anyone through Sears Appliance Repair because”

He was on time, listened to what I explained on the issue with my oven, he looked at it tested it and new exactly what the issue was, told me that the last company I used did not change the part that I mentioned was changed, he changed it and was done differently than the last company did, it was fixed within about 30 minutes! Bad repair service company for contract labor for Sears (Armadillo Appliance in Laredo Texas) Kenmore Washer plug 🔌 even broke off the grounding off plug, and the technician refused to replace 😳 repair and report it on the service call. I need a new washer, that's why I purchased the warranty at the store when it was open.”

“Following the initial LATE visit at 8pm (once rescheduled already), the technician said he'd be back in one week. There have been 3 subsequent last minute cancellations and reschedules without so much as a courtesy call nor even always getting the courtesy to reschedule. Not a single real person to speak to all AI. Quick to charge, slow to provide any type of service. After going through 4 cancellations in 2 weeks, I can not recommend this junk service to anyone. You bet I will be doing a charge back to my credit card. A shame since the technician seemed nice. Funny enough you have the audacity to provide a number to "solve the issue" without any other option but cancel or reschedule via an automated system. What a joke”
