“Yesterday I scheduled an appointment with this company for dishwasher repair. They took all my information over the phone and said they would come today between 8 am and 11 am. I took the day off work to be there when they arrived. No one showed up. They also didn't contact me to let me know if there was a problem and the appointment needed to be rescheduled. Zero professionalism. I don't recommend them.”

“The service was efficient and the technician fixed my dishwasher without any hassle. I would recommend them to others.”
