“Our 15 yr old gas dryer was smelling like burnt popcorn. I called JB Appliance for repair. John, a fine Christian man, was able to come out the same day, clean our dryer front and back, including removing the tub and inspecting all parts. He was also able to clean our exhaust pipe to the roof (approx 21 ft) which was very dirty. He did all this in a very professional and timely manner. I highly recommend him and would definitely call on him again.”

“I highly recommend JB Appliance Repair & Home Services. Our LG washer stopped rinsing/spinning so I called and spoke with John (JB). He explained that we were beyond his travel area and couldn’t help us. I kindly asked for an exception and he said it would cost a little more for the extra distance and I agreed. He came out on Sunday afternoon as he said he would. He quickly diagnosed the problem- the pump was not working. Thankfully he had the part on his truck and made the repairs. We have a stackable dryer on top of the washer, which he wasn’t expecting so that was additional work he gladly took on. He did what was necessary and I assisted where I could. We had pleasant conversation while he worked. Everything was put back in order and the washer is working perfectly. We’re happy we don’t have to look for a new washing machine right now and definitely recommend you call John for your appliance repair needs!”

“John came first thing this morning after I had just scheduled an appointment yesterday afternoon, and began diagnosing my Whirlpool electric dryer. He found some things that were done incorrectly by the installer 6 years ago, but the machine turned on and began to heat up, so John moved onto the dryer vent. Even though I clean the lent trap every load and suck out as much from the vent as my vacuum can get every 6 months, there was still years of lent higher up the vent towards the roof opening. Once cleaned, he did a test run and noticed that my drum wasn't spinning, so even though he was picking up preparing to leave, John took the time to replace my belt and test again. Fully satisfied, he finished picking up, and I was more than happy to pay for the cleaning and the replaced parts. John will be my first call the next time that I need help!”

“John was very honest and thoroughly explained the repair. Was fast to answer my call. YES he answered not an AI! My gas oven was not heating properly. He diagnosed the problem and afterwards explained it. Upon approval he replaced the igniter (he had the part..very thorough guy), checked the heating and gave a reasonable price. VERY SATISFIED.”

“I had him look at my washer and dryer after not using them for a while. He found a clog in the water line that would have flooded the garage if I'd run the washer without cleaning it. Made a lint catcher for the dryer out of a 5-gallon bucket. Cleaned both appliances. But I call him my garbage disposal guy, since he's worked on it more than anything else. Showed me what to do next time. He's also worked on my stove and fridge. He does it all. Very responsive getting things fixed when you need them. Does not take credit cards. You have to pay him real money, but not a whole lot. He's looking to train somebody who wants a steady job that won't be replaced by an AI.”

“Highly recommend John for your appliance repairs. My dryer broke when I came back from vacation on Monday. I ordered a new one immediately and the earliest delivery date I could have it delivered is next Friday. Anyone that knows me knows that I do not like dirty laundry. I wash every day because I cannot stand dirty clothes sitting in a basket.
