“I have not yet worked with a technician from this company and it’s unclear if they are ever going to show up. This listing is for appliance fix experts, and I called yesterday and made an appointment for a tech to come between 12 and four today. They texted at 3:21 saying they were on the way and at almost 430 they were still not here. When you call you reach somebody different every time and they are working remotely, not anywhere in the area and are basically useless. I will not be working with this company again and do not recommend them. Follow up – the tech finally did show up 2 1/2 hours after the end of the four hour window that I had waited for them in. They claimed to have been in a car accident, which is unfortunate if true, but someone in the company should have notified me.”
