He educated me on my washer and what went wrong and how he was going to fix it. Then he fixed the issue and warrantied the part and his work. He is one of the most humble and professional guys to work on anything at my house in the last 20 years. He is also extremely fair on price!!!! He came, purchased a part, and installed the part, for what another company quoted just for the service call. Don’t delay, call Clay!!!”

“We have had a couple of occasions to use Clay, the new owner of Outlaw Appliance, since he started the business last year - once at our home and most recently at our daughter's home last week. We have been throughly impressed by his professionalism, his attention to detail, and his obvious technical knowledge both times. Initially, he thought my daughter needed a fairly expensive replacement part to make the necessary repair. In the interim, while he was waiting for the ordered part to arrive on Monday (ordered on Friday afternoon), he made an adjustment with the wiring on her refrigerator on the slight chance that this would resolve the problem instead of installing an expensive replacement part. His "adjustment" actually did the trick, so the replacement part was not needed. As we all know too well, a number of repair facilities would have still replaced the part so that they could add an expensive part/labor charge to the bill. Instead of taking that dishonest and unethical approach, Clay simply DID THE RIGHT THING FOR THE RIGHT REASON. You can't ask for better service than this. He's a relatively young man just starting out in his new business venture, but he just earne”

No guessing, no dragging things out, just gets it DONE. He’s basically the CEO, technician, customer service rep, and Employee of the Month… every single month. Honestly, if there were awards for appliance repair, he’d be accepting them while fixing your dryer at the same time. On top of that, the guy’s funny. Like, you call him for a broken appliance and somehow leave in a better mood than when you started. Didn’t know appliance repair could double as entertainment, but here we are.
