“Science Appliance has been out to us twice for home warranty service (two different appliances) and quickly found & fixed the issue each time. The techs are friendly and explain the problems to us when we ask. Very happy with their service!”

“In March we had a switch go out on our washing machine which didn’t allow draining. Based on other reviews we chose Science Appliance to take a look. They were quick to make an appointment and upon arrival quickly identified the issue. They went for the part and we were back in business in no time. Courteous and knowledgeable. Almost 3 months later the switch went out again much to the surprise of the technician. We were under warranty so the part was replaced at no cost or service call. We trust their recommendations, service, knowledge and really appreciate the professionalism. Will keep their number handy.”

“Science Appliance has always done a very good job when working on my washing machine. When my Machine was two years old, it should’ve been replaced and Science Appliance tried to get the company to replace it and they would not. Since I have the home warranty, I keep having to have them come work on it. They are very thorough and they show us and explain everything that they have done and when they get the repair parts and come back, they will explain everything. If you call them because you forget something, they are very nice to answer your questions. This was the first time that we had David, but he was very professional. The other men that have been here have also been very professional. I highly recommend Science Appliance. I can’t say as much for Maytag.”

“We were not familiar with this company until our home warranty company sent them a service order for our gas oven. They responded very quickly and set up an appointment for a repairman to come out. The part was on backorder but the minute it was delivered they got us on their schedule to come out almost immediately. We highly recommend Science Appliance. Not to mention the ice was brown sometimes. Gross! Science Appliance was able to get me in super fast- even after a holiday. “My refrigerator's ice maker needed replacing. It was dropping really inconsistently and not in cubes but in large mishapen chunks (sometimes even half an ice tray all stuck together in thick chunks). I hesitated replacing it because of the cost by finally bit the bullet and had science appliance do their thing. The job was quick and efficient and punctual. My ice maker is now dropping perfectly and often and I had actually forgotten how amazing it is to have lots of normal cubes of ice! Very happy with the job and highly recommend them for repairs.”

The tech came Friday afternoon, said they would need to order a part, so I figured it might be another 2 weeks before the repair could be completed. Thankfully, I was wrong. I got a call late Wednesday afternoon to say they had the part and could come to install it the next day (today). All is up and running. Staff is always pleasant and cheerful, and the techs are always helpful, professional, and pleasant as well. Thank you once again!”
