What Customers Say

“Scott was fantastic. Came on previous call. Had to order parts. Came out. Had everything done in 30 minutes. Dishwasher is working great. Only paid the deductible with CHS.”

Donnie Fortenberry

“Rodney came quickly to look at my refrigerator. He was very respectful and communicated well with me. He couldn’t fix my ice maker because the part is unavailable.”

Cissy Pool

“Augustine was very professional and experienced in repairing my washing machine. He and his trainee were careful and didn't do a rush job. Both were friendly and helpful. Thank you. 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟”

Mary Lisa Hernandez

“Not even 1 star. The technician has been out there trying to repair it like 4 times. The last time he tried, the unit completely stopped working. I had a different company go out and look at the stove, and apparently it was wired incorrectly and created a fire hazard.”

Victor Duran

“Do not use this company for anything. You can not speak to a human when you call. They came and fixed my oven and I paid them. They then billed me again and subsequently turned me into collections. You can’t speak to anyone to clear up the situation. DON’T USE”

Matt Cooper

“Very polite and quickly repaired my dryer. Parts were sporadic in coming and waiting 3 weeks for them seemed too long.”

Lynette Campbell

“Sears has really dropped the ball on this service call. My appointments were scheduled through their AI system which sucks badly!! Sears canceled my appointment for 3 weeks in a row before a technician showed up. The technician looked at our refrigerator once, he rescheduled a comeback 2 days later and Sears canceled that appointment and the next 2 appointments. It's been 5 weeks without my refrigerator because Sears continually canceled my appointments. I am so pissed off with Sears that I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, especially my family !!!!!! The technician did an excellent job when our appointment wasn't canceled by Sears.”

Mike Ribordy

“Scott promptly diagnosed the problem areas and ordered parts. Our dryer has been running like a new machine ever since the repair.”

Terry Ramsay

“Scott did good quick work. Not being able to talk to a human is a bit annoying tho.”

Crispy

“Microwave issues - Scott was very knowledgeable and attentive to the issues we were having. He got us fixed up quickly, too. We would gladly have him back in the future!”

Chad McGehee

“Scott did a great job. He was very efficient and explained what was going on.”

Matt Williams

“The technician himself wasn't bad, it was the AI assistant i did not care for.”

Vanessa Jacquez

“Dealing with an infuriating device, he did it very well, was mindful of the property, and let me know of problems and dangers before hand.”

Sebastian White

“Scott was extremely knowledgeable about the job at hand, very professional in every manner. Made sure job was complete , cleaned up area and also didn’t mind explaining every step of the way. He had the part on hand and had the heating element installed in no time. Same day we were back up and drying , just in time for weekend company. Could not recommend a better technician for the task.”

Robert Scales

“The apointment was on a LG washer to be checked out to see how much it would cost to repair the warranty company declined. So I need recite from A&E showing the amount I paid the technician so I can get my money back or be reimbursed. Oh the technician was a very nice and and understood my problem Igive him a 5 star rating.Thank you please send me a recite.”

George Morales

“Terrible service. Arranged to be home from work and then they rescheduled. All communication is from bots. ***EDIT: Sears' reply below directs me to a website with no contact info, and to a phone number that states it is an "AI only service and that a live agent is not available". Unbelievable. Can someone provide me with meaningful contact info please? Upon rescheduling, I was given an appointment window of 11 HOURS. The service tech texted me to tell me he was on the way in 10 minutes. How is anyone supposed to plan to be available for an appliance repair when they work?!? Am I supposed to use a week's worth of vacation just in case they decide to send a service technician to my house? The service technician spent 15 minutes here, and misdiagnosed the rattling sound. If I had been able to plan to be at home, I could have communicated to them that the sound was coming from the bottom, not the top, of the dryer.”

Chris Corbin

“Did an excellent job. Walked us through the process of repairing the two machine. Totally satisfied with his work and politeness.”

David Partlow

“Technician is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. Reattached the oven door to the range that gad been accidently pulled out. No parts needed or special tool. It was just in the know how, and he just fixed it. Great job! Thanks to Augustine”
