“Eric serviced our stand alone Freezer back in April. He was able to come out same day, and find the part locally (an hour away), get it, and have it back to up and running within the same day. I had a lot of special meats and mounts in there from recent hunting trips and he truly saved the day and our grocery bills. “Eric! I called him today at 8am upon opening and he came over at 9:30am, left at 11:30am. After telling him literally everything about my refrigerator and what’s up with it, he very patiently and efficiently worked for 2 hours for ME! He quickly diagnosed the issues but tested everything else, (top and bottom) defrosted all the ice build up AND cleaned up behind himself.
