“Outstanding appliance service. Called on Thursday and they came the very next day. Explained that the refrigerator was 20+ years old and was not cooling the refridgerator side. The technician immediately diagnosed the issue by disassembling parts of the refridgerator. Said that they would try and source the part. Texted back on Sunday saying the part was no longer available, but what he did when here was disconnect and reconnect the control panel. This action caused the refridgerator internal temperature to reset itself to the correct tempature. Grand Star Texas is my now go to appliance service.”
