Stacy (the owner) took the time to walk me through a few things over the phone and suggested I fully defrost it before he came out — trying to save me money before even scheduling a service call. That alone says a lot. We had him scheduled to come out the next morning, but after doing what he recommended, the fridge actually started working again. I called him to let him know, and he was already on his way. Instead of still coming out and charging me, he said, “If it’s working, I don’t need to come out — I’d rather not charge you if we already fixed it.” That’s almost unheard of these days. Stacy is a stand-up guy who genuinely cares about helping people, not just making a quick dollar.
