“This repair almost got a 1/5 stars, but De’Andra (sp?) and his team turned it completely around with great customer service. I scheduled a washing and dryer inspection and repair. 3 men arrived 7 hours late (long story) ready to service my washer and dryer. They gave a huge discount for the diagnostic service price and a reasonable explanation for the delay. Mistakes and delays happen. What matters is communicating and compensating fairly. I think All Day Appliance did that. Plus, they provided sound advice regarding pricing for repairs that needed to be done. In the end, they recommended buying a new washer because repairs for the old one were costly. I appreciated that. Overall, I would request services from them again. They diagnosed my problem and were very professional about the delay.”

“Destinie was absolutely amazing! She came out to fix my oven, which wasn’t heating, and figured out the problem very quickly. She had to order a part, but was able to come back the very next day and get everything fixed. She was incredibly kind, communicated everything clearly, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. She was also right on time, which I really appreciated. It’s honestly refreshing to have a repair tech who is knowledgeable, professional, reliable, and genuinely pleasant to work with. Typically a company will charge more for the repair as a result. This was not the case here. The technician was quick, inexpensive, and did a very good job. “I called about my dishwasher needing to be looked at because it was turning itself on and trying to drain. Found out it was the moisture sensor. Called All Day Appliance Repair and they were out to determine the exact problem the next day. They determined water was leaking from the motor, and had to order the part. This was on a Friday. Tuesday they were here with the part and got the repairs done very quickly. It was reasonably priced too. They were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend them if you are having any issues with your appliances.”
