“I hired them to repair my dishwasher, Tech came took the charges $199 for a dishwasher, did not fix the thing and he also took the part from it, When I complaint they are too non professional and threaten me, Do not get their service.”
“Very professional and knowledgeable. Fixed my washing machine quickly! If you need help with your appliances call these guys they will get you squared away fast.”
“I have left a review before and I am leaving a review again. The service was great again. The only thing that needs work is the initial communication when you call for service or request service online. However after that was cleared up, the communication from the technician, the follow up texts, and the service was great. They repaired my dryer on January 21, 2021. And this time they were my first and ONLY call”
“UPDATE: I have been in contact with Bluestar via text and email to get my issue looked into. Our credit card was cancelled and bank reversed charges to avoid further fraud attempts; however, there was no response from Bluestar regarding concern about validity of charges and replacement parts. Refrigerator does work but will NOT be contacting them in the future to utilize warranty that was provided with repair service. I called on Sunday, 9/25 because our refrigerator & freezer were not cooling. We sent a deposit of $148.30 (would be deducted from final invoice) via Zelle to 1st All American Appliance to guarantee they would come same day. I was told someone would be at my home between 3p-5p. However, they had an emergency at another home & called back to say they’d be here between 5p-7p. We had something to take care of & had to delay it. They ended up coming the following day, 9/26 & gave us a quote for $1,936.67 & provided a military discount down to $1,590 which included the $148.30 that was sent Zelle. The “manager” said we could only pay via Zelle or credit card over the phone because me he would have to call corporate to get special authorization for them to come to home to ”
“Very impressed with the quick response as well as the professionalism of the repair technician. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a fast appliance repair. The tech was honest and offered all the options from least expensive to most, finished the job in under and hour and we're up and running again. The owner even followed up to make sure we were satisfied. Great company.”
“Had this company service my refrigerator. I was charged $1000.00 to repair the compressor & was informed it had a 1 year warranty. Well guess what, it went out again & now I’ve scheduled two appointments in which no one has shown up. I have called relentlessly to no avail & to no surprise no one answers or returns my calls. I recommend you find a true reliable company as this is a one person owned & does not conduct business in a professional manner. Save yourself time & money. I chose this company because of the few positive reviews & pricing, now I’m out of money & left to solve my own issue. Please please be wise & find a reputable company.”
“DO NOT USE. Frustrating experience and issue still not resolved. Requested cash only and did not provide proper documentation for the warranty they claim to provide. Paid for a service that was not completed. Called multiple times and texted technician, 48 hours later they texted back. They promised to return and NEVER showed. I am now out the money paid for a service never completed. Hired another reputable technician to determine they mis-diagnosed and took out working parts. DO NOT USE this company. FOLLOW UP: This was NOT a side job. The technician said cash ONLY. You followed up two weeks after the fact because of this review. You have not attempted to refund me. So I am still out the money YOUR technician took after not completing the work.”
“I booked an online appointment to service my refrigerator. Afterwards, I received two email and two text messages confirming the appointment. When it was time for the appointment, they no-showed. I called the phone number provided in the email confirmation and my call went straight to voicemail with no ability to leave a message. A few minutes later, I received a text message asking what they could do to help me. I advised I was waiting on a technician. A few minutes later, I received a call letting me know that they could be there about six hours after the originally scheduled appointment or the following day. Based on their no-show, my urgent need for service, my own time constraints, and their inability to get it together, I opted to contact a provider who was better equipped to handle their bookings. I wish BlueStar only the best and future success. With that, I suggest that they stop accepting online bookings until they have the infrastructure to manage their schedule.”
“Avoid this company. They don't show up for appointments, and are always looking for a quick buck. You would be much better off hiring someone who will do a good job the first time around.”
“Horrible!!! They never show up, and leave us waiting all day. We get excuses..part didn't show up, wrong part came in, and have to reorder. Guy finally came back and replaced part after standing us up repeatedly, and the dishwasher still didn't work. He said he missed that in addition to the pump the motor was also out and he missed it. Now getting g stood up again, lied to, basically the run around. It's been 14 days, and still no dishwasher. Guy was supposed to be here today and didn't show. First was told sorry part didn't come it when the guy was here with the part yesterday. Then told Sorry don't work on Sundays when they made an appt to come on Sun only the day before. I told them I would be writing this, and they didn't care. Horrible service. Don't waste your time or money. Not worth the frustration.”
“The service I received from this company was very unprofessional an they will not honor the warranty that was given to me. My washer stopped operating in march of 2015. I called this business after reading good reviews an a tech was sent out. My washer was repaired I paid cash which I never have on me but that's what I was told. A receipt was written in the form of an invoice that show that offered a warranty I didn't know about that until the service was complete that was definitely a plus. My washer end up not working again in August 2015. I called the office an my problems started from here. It was very difficult to contact the office because they were using Magicjack, which is a system to use over WiFi not reliable for a business. I finally reached someone explained my problem an that I was still in warranty. The person on the other end of phone sent me a text with web address to confirm my number. I texted him my invoice information. He looked it up but it was horrible.I called several times over three days. Asking for an eta for tech an I received no response. I also had the tech personal cell number which was given to me I called him also an he stated he was ou”
“Please beware! This is NOT a reputable company to TRUST. They will send out a contractor who comes into your homes- Promises to buy parts, take your deposit, and bring faulty parts upon return. Here's the kicker- they are supposed to return with new parts and never do. You call them and they don't answer and your money that you've given for parts is gone. I would NOT recommend anyone doing business with them or their sub-contractors. Total scam- now we have to take them to small claims court to get our $220 back for no services performed or PARTS and not returning call with promise to fix! An Update: The company put us on call block!”
“Called the business on a Friday and scheduled a repair for the weekend. A tech came out Saturday earlier than expected which I was happy about. What I was not happy about is the fact that the guy wasn't prepared to fix my fridge that day and didn't have the part on hand or anywhere to get it same day, lied about the price of the part and tried to overcharge me $100. I only paid the inspection fee after finding this out $65, but I ordered the part myself so the overall cost of repair would be cheaper. Come to find out later tech gave me the WRONG PART NUMBER, leaving me to do my own research on how to fix my fridge. Shady Business, Shady people, and unprofessional SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE FOLKS, THIS AIN'T IT!! UPDATE 04/09 : This associate named Mario, who poorly manages the business, harassed me on a phone call instead of being civil and tried to muscle his opinion over my concerns letting me know "he was going to comment what I want" in advance. Also, not to my surprise, let me add that he deleted the OWNER'S NUMBER in my responses so I am unable to voice my concerns to anyone else but him. I hope the owner will see this and reach back out, this is absurd!”
“Great communication with the guys at the office. Was given a 30 minute ETA, my tech was was very professional and currtios. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family!”
“I recently contacted BlueStar about my double wall oven they showed up and diagnosed my unit and fixed it same day! I’ve used them in the past and will definitely recommend to everyone.”
“We called BlueStar. Our refrigerator was not cooling. Our Technician Kevin was very courteous and fixed it right away. He gave us warranty, which gave us peace of mind.very satisfied.”
“They are amazing. Same day service. Although I am a forgetful person, they told me what was wrong with my Samsung fridge. Overall great service. Thanxz!!! -C.R.”
