“I’m usually not one to write poor reviews. This is a poor review. Our refrigerator broke and, of course, we wanted to get it fixed quickly. Our technician arrived and claimed to fix the issue. It was not fixed. What happened next was a series of text where he said “he would get the part” and be “by later.” He called and said he could come by at one time, and wouldn’t show up. We would follow up and he would give an excuse. Honestly, we should have caught on earlier than we did. We spend 3 days trying to work with him. I think we got scammed and that this company is not real. We will not be using this company again or giving a referral for their poor service.”
