“I just used this company for a dryer heater core replacement and they showed up SAME DAY!! Could not believe it. They were extremely friendly, cleaned up their mess, and more importantly, fixed the job quickly and did not charge me an arm and a leg to get the job done! If you need any type of appliance repair, you need to call them!! They saved our marriage!!”

“ZERO stars - This company is a SCAM. DO NOT USE THEM for any repairs in your home. They/Daniel stole $686 from me. I called them to repair my stove. He told me he had to order the part, and I needed to pay up front the $686 and it would take 2-3 weeks to get in. I then called about a week and a half later and he said the part was scheduled to arrive the following weekend. I asked if he repaired dishwashers as well. He said yes and sent someone out that day who clearly had no idea what they were doing. Of course I paid, however, 2 days later it was back in the same condition, and I found scratches on my wood floor where he pulled the dishwasher out. I didn’t bring this up because I wanted my stove repaired (by this time I read his reviews and realized he did this before…this is the 1st time I didn’t read reviews before the work). After texting him over and over and over again, I got one reply “I’ve been backed up, but I’ll get to it this week”. Of course he didn’t, and after multiple texts and sometime later, he continued to ignore me and it’s clear he stole the money with no intent to do the work. I even gave him the option to perform the work, return the money, or give me the part”

“They did an excellent job fast ! I got the sense they knew how to fix my washer after I presented the parts to them. They did it quickly. I was skeptical thinking the parts I ordered ahead of time were going to be a problem, but it turned good.”

“This guy is scamming people. We were referred to him by Angi's (formally Angie's list) and were under the impression that he was a stand up business man. After he came to look at our washer, he came to the conclusion that because it was an older model it would be better to purchase a new washer to which we agreed because we needed it right away. We paid to get one from him up front and he claimed he would be bringing it the following evening to install. When the day came he never contacted me so i had to follow up with HIM and he never responded to my calls or texts except to tell me he couldn't do anything until Monday. Not only was that not what we agreed on, but now we are STILL needing a way to wash our clothes. I could see that he could see my messages, he just chose not to respond and that's bad business. You don't mislead your customers like that. Afterward, we read more reviews of him doing the same to MULTIPLE people so we reported this to Angi only for them to tell us we have to wait on him to resolve this after he's already ignoring us and has our money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS INDIVIDUAL. We really needed this badly and Mr. Daniel and co. took advantage of us. We h”

“I was given this recommendation from a good friend. I told him that the refrigerator had stop given water and the ice maker was fine. About a week later he called me and said he had some information for me, two days later the water was working. The technician that came out Daniel was very professional also the other guy. They located the issue, replaced the parts with no problem in and out in an hour. I truly am blessed to have found this business, I will most definitely use them whenever there's a need. I must not forget about the Boss he was totally awesome!!!! This business is the best. Customer for life me and my dad. *** Repost and add to my review ****. The owner came out to repair my refrigerator, the water line stopped working. He stated that he didn't have the part but located in the work bag. After replacing the part it didn't work and he said that he would be back on Friday since it was a Wednesday. I paid him for the part that didn't work. On Friday he did not return till this day I have yet to hear from him it's been over 2 weeks. Yes I have called and texted him no response. No I will not call this company again just take him to court for failing to provide services”

“Giving them 1 star because they did service what we needed. The man was knowledgeable and walked us through the issues before we could describe it so confirmed he knew his stuff. The refrigerator issue was fixed but as soon as he left we had issues with the freezer. He said we would acquire a year warranty and to call if any issues arise. We’ve been trying to contact him for days (call, text, website, email) and he is not responding.”

“Are not reliable at all. Was told that they would be on their way in 40 minutes and they never showed up. They did not call us. We had to call them. They are not reliable and they don’t give any care of the person time. To leave somebody at home waiting all day and never having the courtesy of saying they’re not coming. The next day trying to call them they don’t answer the phone.”
