“Horrible customer service. The office has very rude staff who is unable to provide assistance. The service is beyond inadequate. Even the technicians do not know what they are doing. We had two different technicians working for this company take a look at our appliance and both separately stated that in order for the appliance to function properly, a new part had to be ordered. We waited over 2 weeks for the parts to arrive only to have each tech arrive and assure us that they fixed the fridge WITHOUT using the parts. Strangely, they would take the parts with them and report back to our manufacturer company that the fridge was in working order, when it in fact was not working. This company has been working on “fixing” this fridge for over 3 months now. Third opinion will definitely be a different servicing company since this one has dishonest practices and cannot service properly. I do NOT recommend!!!”

“I had moved into my apartment and I needed a Washer and Dryer for an affordable price. The workers that helped me we very kind and helped me find just what I needed at a very affordable price. About 3 weeks of having the washer I was having trouble with the machine. But when I called the business they were very fast and on time with servicing my washer. The Technician Gaby went out to my apartment the following day and fixed the problem, she was very knowledgeable and efficient in what she does. Highly recommend getting your appliances from here.”

“Have had the worst service ever! Only one star because the washer and dryer still work. But when it came down to the fridge, they have had to replace it within the first couple of weeks. Yes they have a warranty but good luck trying to get an appointment. I’ve been calling for the past week and no one has answered. Went up there myself and was told they call me and “would check it out” in a couple days. Never got a phone call. Tried calling and they still wouldn’t answer. All the food in my fridge is bad and I’m sure they won’t reimburse that. Would not recommend to anyone. It’s cheaper than some but you get what you paid for”

Probably the nicest and most polite delivery man we’ve ever come across! The fridge also came with a 90 day warranty.”

They are very high in price. $40.00 for a $10.00 fuse you can buy online, and the cost of labor for one hour is several hundred dollars. Won’t use them again, just based on the pricing.”

“HORRIBLE!!!!! These people have absolutely NO understanding of what customer service means. They gave me an appointment and never showed. Even worse is when they didn't even have the courtesy to call and let you know they wouldn't make it or even made a call at all. I called them back a few days later to find out why they didn't make it, and lady who answered the phone said she didn't know will call me back... never happened. A few days later I get an email from them giving me another time and date, I agree and guess what... Yep, No show and No call Again!!!!!”
