What Customers Say

“Our home warranty sent us Clark's Appliance Repair. My insurance explained to me that my oven door handle was what could be replaced but the glass that shattered and the door could not. I texted Clarks Appliance and cancelled appt. He asked me why. I explained why. No insur coverage for my oven door n glass, too expensive to fix n pay for out of pocket. He then said he knew how to get those types of repairs covered in case I wanted to keep appt. So I did. He collected the $100 fee and after he left he told me t n e exact same thing I had told him. Insurance doesn't cover the door he can fix it for $753.90, I have to pay him half out of pocket now and then the other half when its done. I told him No, for that amount I can buy a new stove. You are a liar, you knew you could not fix it under the insurance. I will not waste my positive energy on you. Im done...Read your reviews, do not let this repairman come to your home.”

“Absolute WORST customer service! After missing a scheduled appointment with no show/no call, they tried to claim they received the wrong number from the warranty company but all of my contact information (phone number and email) is listed clearly on the work order. I don’t know how this company manages to stay in business after reading similar reviews. After wasting my day waiting for them, they offered to reschedule and I told them I guess that was the only option I had since they had me over a barrel due to the fact that JennAir assigned the job to them for warranty. The lady said she would just reject the job and I could find someone else. DO NOT RECOMMEND!”

“Same experience as Keith Camp in his review above. American Home Shield warranty service. First dishwasher repair took a month (early November to early December) for parts one could get from KitchenAid.com overnight. They broke again 3 weeks later, and it's been 2 more months just trying to get them to respond. They're either incompetent or liars, or both. Took 4 more irate phone calls to AHS to get the repair reassigned to a different repair service. I'm also reporting it to the Better Business Bureau.”

“Do not recommend. Do not waste your time or money. Completely unprofessional and gave me two different diagnosis for my refrigerator within 3 days. Asked for my money back because I have to pay for another service tech to come out and cannot afford to be spending money because I’m a single parent with 4 kids, said he could care less & that meant nothing to him. I get it, it’s business, but when you spent only 8 minutes at my home & did nothing, the honorable thing to do would have been to refund my $100 for 8 minutes or to have some kind of compassion, he had neither. Sent me a message after he hung up on me while he spoke over me the entire time saying that he’s removing me from their “service list”. Please take me off!”

“I have never given a bad review of any business before. This company was set up to do a warranty repair through the warranty company. They came to my home made a diagnosis and then never ordered the parts, stopped returning messages and never returned to repair my appliance. Beware”

“Hired through home warranty, it’s been a month and problem still isn’t fixed even though he told the company he put parts in, also told me he would suggest replacement for my washer but never submitted the claim, stay away from this business, the ROC needs to shut him down”
