“I paid a deposit of $90.00 to order a new board. When the board came In, he installed it. The board did not fix my issue. He put in a new fuse and the fuse blew 2 weeks later. He charged me 295.00. He said he would order another board since it did not work and come back. During this process he made 3 appointments and did not come or call. He never came back and I have called and left 4 messages over a week and no one has returned my calls or come back. My dryer is still not fixed and has the 2 same issues it had. I asked him upfront if I should just get a new dryer and he said, “ no dryers are easy and inexpensive to fix”. $385.00 later my dryer still won’t work. I would not give them any stars if I was able. You can’t take someone’s money and not fix the issue. I called and asked them to refund my money and again no return call.”
