He helped me find the most practical route to my solution even when he wouldn’t make as much from the job. He is very helpful and honest with his direction. He went to my house and successfully made the repair. He also made some adjustments to my environment to help my washing machine last longer. “For starters I had originally went with Appliance Tech because of all the great reviews BUT I will be the first to say with a recent experience PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND GO ELSE WHERE. When I first called on January 29th there was no answer so I left a voicemail (thinking to myself maybe they’re dealing with a client or simply on the other line) I received a call back within an hour from calling I was able to get scheduled in the same day which was a good sign technician came out he was very respectful got straight to work and diagnosed the issue within an hour unfortunately due to the part for my dryer (heating element) they needed to order the part the technician explained the part is coming from Dallas and I should have it installed by Friday no later then Monday he then went on to say the receptionist will be reaching out updating and scheduling something. I did not receive a call Friday, Saturday come Monday I gave it till about noon to call… I called the office 4 TIMES and left a voicemail before finally reaching the receptionist she said the part is still showing to be on the truck and would be delivered between 2-4pm she would give a call back updating the situation”
