“My LG washing machine started rusting within 2 years of used. We waited a couple more years to see if will not continue, but it got worst. Started falling off and gets in my clothes. We reached out to LG they just continue to promise to take care of it, then they just stop responding. I know that this rusting problem has been reported by so many customers. It’s a shame. “It is really disappointing when a warranty is completely worthless. I found someone to fix a front load washing machine for my bosses business. The machine has a 10 year warranty. It was manufactured in 2014 and purchased in 2015. I reached out to LG to replace the part under warranty so the technician my boss wanted to use could fix the machine. After speaking with LG they would not let us move forward with the service order unless we provided an email address for the technician we were planning to use. We provided them the company name, address and phone number. They would not accept that they didn’t have an email. It resulted in the LG manager calling back the next day to basically tell us the same. We told them that we will reach out to the technician and get an email address. In the WEEK we waited on a response from the guy, LG called and text every day except on weekends at random times of the day to ask for the email address. Even though I had told them we are waiting on a response they still persisted and held up the phone lines a couple of times. After deep thought we realized they were harassing us because they wanted us to pay for the service of sending one of their tec”
