“Saved my $1400 34" curved oled monitor!! I explained what happened. He offered he could try to see what was up with it. Called me in less than a week saying he fixed the problem! He even explained to me what he had seen inside the monitor. Said it was actually a defect from the actual company when they first made it. They didnt install my heat sink properly. Must've been fried since my monitor came to a point of no power. Fixed it only for $150. Thanks again! I've been using the monitor for 3 days now and its better than before. I had plenty of issues with the screen. P.s. Main reason I'm so grateful is because i called from baytown through missouri city from east to west. Either they didnt have the part or they were concerned about opening a curved oled screen. This man took it in confidently and said give me a week. Just finding someone to accept this task was tough. “Brought in a faulty fan controller to have the capacitor replaced. Doug tested the unit for us and determined it wasn’t a faulty capacitor. He then put the unit under the microscope and found burnt resistors. Instead of selling us parts we didn’t need, Doug looked for the real problem. Great electronics guy. Would highly recommend!!!!”

“I’ve been here twice, once a few years back and then again a few months again. The owner is very real. He will try his best to get you quality results and if he’s not able to he will be honest about what he’s able to do. He takes his time to repair your device and will even do it right in front of your face and explain what he is doing. I appreciate the transparency because I’m not knowledgeable about electronics and it helps build rapport and reliability for me as a customer. Both times I came to get a phone screen repaired. The first time I couldn’t because it was deeper issue than my screen. I ended referring him to my mom who got her phone screen repaired there with no problems. The second time I visited I actually got my shattered screen replaced and I have no problems with my screen.
