“Called Action Appliance and Kenneth answered the phone. Told him that my washer was dancing all over my utility room when on spin cycle. He immediately knew that I needed suspension rods replaced. He use to work for Sears Appliance and has over 40 years experience. He said he would get the parts and be over. He was here in less than two hours with the parts and 35 minutes later my washer was repaired. Amazing results from the right phone call I made. Thank you Kenneth! “Did not have a pleasant experience. Mr. White came out and listened to the problem. Looked behind the appliance, saw the fan wasn't working although I know it works because with my limited knowledge got back there to try and diagnostic issue and saw it working so without pulling a tool out he determined that was the issue. So I called another company for a second opinion and was quoted a different part. Decided I go with the second opinion and over a week later, not a single issue. Always get a second opinion folks”
