“I purchased a washer, dryer, and refrigerator from this company, and I had a great experience. Delivery was prompt, the installation was professional, and everything was set up correctly. Any time I had an issue, they responded quickly and honored their warranty without hesitation. They also sent professionals to come fix the issues. I highly recommend this business!”

“I purchased a refrigerator and a stove. Fridge went out in less than 30 days. ALL OF MY FOOD SPOILED including the hard work and effort I put into THANKSGIVING dinner. All of the food was ruined. Manager offered no recourse. Said it was nothing they could do. And said I should have called on Thanksgiving Day to report it. The technician said he had to replace the heating element from the box that I noticed already had screws missing and no light covering. LESS THAN 30 days seems very scam likely. The original pic shows an ice maker but when I received it, it was covered and non functional. They did send a technician, currently waiting on the empty fridge to cool off”

“NOT GOOD AT ALL!!!!!!!!! Don’t use. I had a warranty claim on my refrigerator with LG and they sent the compressor to A Quality. They came out to fix our refrigerator and everything seemed fine for a day. Had to call them back out 4 days after the compressor replacement and he added more Freon. Everything seemed ok for about 1.5 weeks. Slowing getting warmer inside. Called them back out. Each time he came out he said it seemed there was oil in the lines. Last time he came out said compressor was bad again ( brand new compressor). I contacted LG and they said it might be possible but to make sure I was happy they would send another compressor to A Quality. A Quality received the compressor and said it was cost me another $500. They were not even willing to accept that maybe it was the techs fault the first time and wanted to charge me again. After researching, when you do a compressor change out your suppose to run a nitrogen purge in the system to clear any contamination. I know for a fact the tech did not do this as I watched the whole process. A Quality still wasn’t willing to accept it. I asked for the compressor as it was mine from LG. They would not give it to me. They wanted ”

“I have used A Quality Appliances 2 times now. The first time was to purchase a refurbished electric clothes dryer. When I went, there was no nonsense with sales. I had a new clothes dryer loaded in my truck in a matter of minutes with them being attentive to electrical connections and ensuring the 3 month warranty. And guess what, I needed it. I live in Dickinson Texas, they came to my house both times I had an issue and resolved it that day even going so far as replacing the dryer with a newer model to make sure everything was right. When my clothes washer went out, they were the first place I went. Again, I walked in, told them what I needed and I walked out with the purchase in a few minutes. They were also able to make a matching set of the clothes dryer I had purchased from them before. They supplied brand new hoses for connection, something I had not planned to even replace, and I had the washer in the back of the truck quickly. They are fast, responsive and generous. I will be going to them again.”

“I purchased a used refrigerator. Got it home & plugged it in…….. only to find out it did not work. I was so upset but called Jasmine who promptly assured me everything is going to be ok. She sent someone immediately out & found out the compressor was broken. She asked did I want to pick another fridge or get the broken one fixed ? I chose to fix the one I have……… they immediately picked it up & even wanted to bring another fridge to use while mine got fixed. I appreciated they wanted to do that but that seemed like a lot of work. They fixed it…. within 2 days. All I can say A-Quality Appliance is AWESOME !! Jasmine is so sweet & the guys who work for her are fantastic also. When buying appliances this is the place, they stand behind what they say. Thank You so much Jasmine !!!!”

“I have always bought my appliances from this place, and never had a bad experience. The staff is always very friendly, answers any questions that I have, is always knowledgeable and will deliver same day AND take your old appliance away. Its a family owned and operated business, which I always prefer to support over a big box store. Plus, everytime I've ever been there is always a puppy (dog - I call all dogs puppies). I have NEVER had a bad experience. Would strongly recommend them for your appliance needs.”

“I bought a washer and dryer from them on 3/28/2020. Mr. Miguel was very kind by helping me accommodate my budget as well as the extra warranty. I did have a problem with the washer. I called them on Monday morning. Although he couldn't make it on time to the appointment. He did call me later that evening to reschedule for tomorrow morning. He end up bringing me a newer washer and say that my warranty transfer over to that new machine. Although he does take his sweet time, but just be patient because he will get you taken care ok. “I've never had this many problems when buying an appliance second hand from a store such as this. I've had problems with the washer at least once a week. Normally easy enough to fix so I do it myself instead of waiting days for a tech. Our dryer has gone out 3x, that we've had to have a tech come out. This time we were told that since our 3m warranty Exp they can only come look to see what is wrong and we'll have to pay for the part. Stated if it is the same issue the part is about $60. I just ordered that same part off Amazon for $7. Paying for something after warranty is gone is understandable but the price inflation is not. We were told that this part is going out because it is too close to the wall. We haven't moved it back for where the tech left it (1' from the wall) and it is still breaking. Only to find out today that the tech is putting the same excuse each time. How frustrating.”

“Bought fridge Saturday at right at closing. It’s been plugged in for 31 hrs and the fridge is not holding the correct temp. All of my freezer and fridge items are most likely spoiled. I don’t trust anything at this point. I called this am to let them know the issue and was advised that there is not returns, refunds or exchanges. They’ll send a tech out on Monday. I’m livid cause all of our stuff is bad now. Not only this but he water dispenser is FULL of mold. There was spiders/webs all in the bottom where u can see through the gratings. I’ll. Update once they come out .”

“I bought a used washer from them last week and it is clean and works better than a new one. I called before i went to see if they had what I wanted. I was looking for a old standard washer with agitator and was drivig a long way. The lady said they did and the cost was in my price range being a single mom. The staff greeted me and showed me the washer, asked if I needed hoses and gave me some. Everyone was so nice...I paid for my washer and it was loaded and ready for me to take home within 30 mins. I plan on returnING to buy a stove soon. I recommend them to anyone if you need an appliance.”

“Bought a somewhat overpriced lg fridge from there (found same one cheaper at another store, so shop around), the compressor went out about 7 months later. (Now) expecting part price gouging and not actually doing the replacement per specs and will stop them if they try to do a janky job. Will update on how the fix goes.”

“I highly recommend this company. I bought a washer there 3 1/2 months ago and was given three month warranty. The washer broke after the warranty expired and the owner still came and sent his technicians to fix my washer. I was not paid or told to do this. The technicians literally left about 10 minutes ago. If you need a washer dryer or any appliance call these people very nice family owned company very professional people.”
